Eligibility: This Event is only valid for new orders of NEW RETAIL Volkswagen passenger car orders placed between the 8th and the 30th of April 2024. It is open to residents of the area served by Alan Day who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Alan Day's, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Event.
2. Exclusions: This Event excludes Motability orders and all electric vehicles. Only orders for new, non-electric Volkswagen passenger cars are eligible for the Event and its associated offers.
3. Event Offers: Eligible participants who order a new Volkswagen passenger car during the Event period will have the choice of one (1) of the following gifts: a 43-inch Smart TV, an Asus Chromebook, a Nintendo Switch, or a £250 holiday voucher. The choice of gift must be made at the time of order.
4. No Cash Equivalent: The gifts offered as part of this Event have no redeemable cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other offers. The gift is non-transferable.
5. Gift Delivery: The selected gift will be supplied to the customer 32 days after the handover of the vehicle. Delivery times may vary based on availability of the selected gift. Alan Day's will not be responsible for any delays in gift delivery beyond its control.
6. Order Requirement: To qualify for this Event, the order must be a new order placed within the Event period. Pre-existing orders, cancelled orders, or orders placed outside of the Event period are not eligible for the offers associated with this Event.
7. Cancellation: If the vehicle order is cancelled for any reason, the eligibility for the gift offer is also cancelled. If the gift has already been dispatched, Alan Day reserves the right to seek recovery of the gift or its value.
